· Idea
How did we get the idea for this site? All of the webmasters involved with GymnStands had various websites of their own and it just struck one of us one day that it would be a good idea to combine all the sites! So many months later, all the work that went into creating this website was available for the public to see for the first time on March 1, 2001. It has been over five years since then and we are still going strong!

· Layout
Here are our last four layouts, with the most recent at the bottom right. All of our layouts have been created using Adobe Photoshop and HTML. This website can be viewed in any web browser but works best in Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox at a screen resolution of 1024x768.

After going through about 10 domains and hosts, we're now at www.designedbytim.com/gymnstands! You can also use http://beam.to/gymnstands. This is a forwarding address, so should we ever need to relocate, you can still reach the site using the beam.to URL.

How did we get the name for this site? We combined the titles 'Gymnvids' and 'Handstands' to get GymnStands!
